This Matcha Granola recipe is the perfect addition to your yogurt bowl. It’s made with oats, matcha, coconut flakes, coconut oil and honey!

What you need

cup unsweetened coconut flakes

tbsp matcha powder

tsp vanilla extract
cup raw honey

egg white

tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
4 Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. 0 Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl. Mix until well combined. 2 Spread granola onto a baking sheet with parchment paper in an even layer. This will allow it to cook evenly. 3 Bake at 325 degrees F for 22-28 minutes. Gently flip the granola halfway through. Be careful not to break the clumps or you won't end up with any granola clusters. 1 Allow the granola to fully cool before enjoying. It will crisp up as it cools. 5 Store the granola in an airtight container in the pantry. It should stay fresh for a couple of weeks.View original recipe
